OUR COMMENTS A 3 bedroom semi-detached family home in a peaceful location being just a 3 minute drive to Arundel town centre.

The 36 ft. garden comes with a large wooden storage shed and patio area, and is perfect for el fresco dining. Off road parking for a small car can be found to the front of the property. Parking in Arundel is rare and we feel this property should find a new family to enjoy all the benefits soon!

OWNER’S COMMENTS We have lived at this property for nearly 50 years, but purchased it in 1978. We have been very happy here however due to health reasons we now require a bungalow.

The additional porch and sun lounge to the rear have been a real blessing and we hope to find a suitable property which will equal our accommodation.
