OUR COMMENTS Clarkes are delighted to offer for sale this 3 bedroom end of terrace property with a garage in a cul de sac location. In our opinion the owner’s choice of decoration is very welcoming and this property would make a great family home.

The garden is mainly laid out to a lush green lawn, along with a brick built shed which could make an excellent man cave or games room.

The property is great for first time buyers or a family being close to local schools, and is ideal for commuters with a short drive to the A27, and viewings should be made to fully appreciate this home.

OWNER’S COMMENTS We chose to purchase this property because we were blown away by the conservatory, and the open plan feel which is ideal for family life, especially for socialising and entertaining. We love the cul de sac location, and won’t be moving far, but we do need a larger property for our growing family.
