OWNER’S COMMENTS We have a small dog and a properly enclosed outside space was essential for us when we moved here. The courtyard provide this for us and the conservatory addition was the icing on the cake that made this our perfect home. Now that we are here, we have grown attached to evening strolls along the beach which we will miss sorely; it’s a beautiful and peaceful place to be that really isn’t busy at all. Because we are located deeply on to the estate, there is almost no car traffic at all meaning it is a very quiet place to live and the local pub is just about 10 minutes walk away.
