    1. We are Clarkes Residential Estate Agents Limited trading as Clarkes (company number 05441145) and our registered office address is 2 Station Road, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO21 1QE. We have three subsidiary companies which also trade as ‘Clarkes’. These are Southdowns Letting and Management Limited (company number 05750819), Clarkes Arundel Limited (company number 05540238) and Southdown Financial Solutions Limited (company number 06960867) (together and separately referred to as “we” or “us” or “our”).

    We are the providers of our website www.clarkesestates.co.uk referred to as the “Site” or “Sites”). A reference to “you” or “your” refers to the user of the Site or Sites.

    Clarkes Residential Estate Agents Limited is registered as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioners Office with registration number Z9343315. Southdowns Lettings and Management Limited is registered as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioners Office with registration number Z9457142.
